General Manager - Caribbean - Sovereign Sales & Partnerships

About the role

The General Manager for the Caribbean will lead both sales and operational delivery of sovereign cloud and digital infrastructure solutions across the region. You will be the single accountable leader for commercial results, customer relationships, and in‑country operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own full regional operations, including P&L, commercial targets, delivery outcomes and compliance in each Caribbean market.
• Build and lead a local team covering commercial, delivery support and customer success while leveraging shared resources from the wider Amini organization.
• Maintain end‑to‑end customer relationships, acting as senior escalation point and ensuring delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for sovereign sales, cultivating relationships with government ministries and agencies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and PMO teams to shape offerings, ensure smooth handover from contract signing to deployment, and feed market intelligence back to the company.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technology or telecom sales, business development or country/general management with strong public‑sector client exposure.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi‑stakeholder government or large enterprise deals, preferably in digital transformation or connected‑government solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to own customer relationships beyond the sale and be accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Strong internal stakeholder management skills and comfort operating autonomously in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Caribbean and be based in‑region (ideally Barbados).
