Revenue Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Revenue Operations Coordinator supports the Head of Sales and Business Development team by ensuring fast, accurate and coordinated sales activities. The role focuses on managing lower‑value opportunities, maintaining the CRM and driving continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify, enter and assign leads, build prospect lists and ensure prompt follow‑up.
• Coordinate assigned opportunities below US$3,000, handling quotes, proposals and order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and ensure quotations are correctly configured for client requirements.
• Provide administrative support to BDEs/BDMs, including proposals, research and coordination.
• Keep CRM records up to date, update dashboards and prepare sales reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate actions between Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance and hand over won business to Operations.
• Document, standardise and streamline workflows, develop templates, SOPs and checklists.
• Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to reduce manual work and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive with a strong follow‑through.
• Commercially aware, fast and responsive with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong product knowledge of Newport’s offerings and ability to configure accurate quotes.
