Business Development & Client Relations Representative

About the role

Redd Ocean is seeking a confident and self‑directed Business Development & Client Relations Representative to expand its client base and nurture relationships with new customers. The role focuses on new client acquisition, lead generation, sales, and ongoing commercial relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, build prospect lists and target decision‑makers.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and approved tools, and manage follow‑up communications.
• Present Redd Ocean’s services, pricing and sales materials, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and organise sales documentation.
• Perform post‑onboarding client check‑ins, record requests and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• At least one year of sales experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple prospects and follow‑ups independently.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to meet sales targets and provide market feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking prospects and sales activity.
• Experience using email outreach platforms and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Familiarity with productivity and online collaboration software.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, digital marketing platforms, website development and automation software.
