Advertising Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Advertising Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue across our highway, outdoor and digital advertising portfolio. The role is commission‑based and offers the flexibility to work independently while being backed by two established Barbados advertising firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across a range of industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing decision‑makers, agencies and business owners.
• Present and sell advertising solutions including highway signage, digital out‑of‑home screens, digital signage, retail locations and custom content packages.
• Develop tailored proposals that align with client objectives, budgets and target audiences.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and campaign onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure successful campaign delivery and explore upsell or repeat business.
• Stay updated on trends in outdoor, digital and out‑of‑home media.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a personal sales pipeline.
