Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth for our processed meats brand, Farmer’s Choice. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape strategy, expand export sales and strengthen partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Formulate growth strategies to increase export sales and meet revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business and product opportunities.
• Collaborate with agents, distributors and key accounts to boost brand demand and market penetration.
• Design and evaluate integrated marketing, advertising, merchandising and distribution campaigns with partners.
• Monitor financial, demographic and technological trends to optimise product mix, pricing and distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Proven ability to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to transportation.

Required skills

• High computer literacy, including proficiency with web‑based marketing platforms.
• Experience using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
