Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth for our processed meats business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop strategies, manage partners and analyse market trends to expand export sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Formulate growth strategies to increase export sales and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with agents, distributors and key accounts to boost brand demand and market penetration.
• Design and evaluate integrated marketing, advertising, merchandising and distribution campaigns with partners.
• Monitor financial, demographic and technological trends to optimise product mix, pricing and distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Proven ability to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and numerical capabilities.

Required skills

• High computer literacy with proficiency in web‑based marketing platforms.
• Experience using social media for marketing purposes.
