Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead, coach and support the sales team to meet company sales objectives, market share targets and customer service standards across Barbados.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers and trade partners.
• Conduct market visits to ensure proper product distribution, visibility, pricing and merchandising.
• Assist in developing sales forecasts, route plans and growth strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, offering recommendations.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, route analyses and performance updates.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, sampling and trade marketing initiatives.
• Support recruitment, training and onboarding of sales personnel.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in FMCG, FF&C or general distribution is an advantage.
• Valid Barbados driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
