Join NexusTours in Barbados as a Tour Desk & Watersports Sales Agent, where you will connect guests with unforgettable tours, excursions, and watersports experiences while driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell tours, excursions, watersports, and destination services.
• Engage with guests to understand their interests and recommend suitable experiences.
• Provide accurate information on schedules, prices, inclusions, and conditions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of sold experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and attractions.
• Record all sales and booking information accurately.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, customer service or related fields.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets.
• Energetic, proactive, and confident when interacting with international guests.
• Fluent English; French is desirable.
• Knowledge of Barbados attractions and prior experience with tours or watersports is a plus.
