Account Director, Public Sector and Enterprise

About the role

The Account Director will drive growth and expand Cloud Carib’s footprint in the public sector and enterprise markets within an assigned territory. You will manage complex accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver value‑driven solutions to government and large‑scale enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and enterprise organisations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understand client needs and align products and services to deliver tailored, value‑focused solutions.
• Navigate complex procurement processes, regulations and compliance requirements to secure contracts.
• Lead negotiations, RFP responses and deal structuring to ensure profitable agreements.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of account management, sales or business development experience focused on public sector and enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives, procurement officers and IT decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public administration or related field (MBA preferred).
