About the role

The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They educate others on Agile methodologies, facilitate the Scrum process, and protect the team from interruptions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and coach high‑performing, self‑organising teams.
  • Ensure Scrum practices are applied and continuously improved.
  • Bring transparency to the business and IT organization and foster trust.
  • Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to align team and product owner vision.
  • Promote a continuous learning environment for inspection and adaptation.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
  • Ability to align team actions with project goals and vision.
  • Experience removing impediments and shielding the team from external distractions.
  • Commitment to creating a safe, innovative, and high‑performing work environment.
