Head of Data AI and Growth Partnerships

About the role

Fujitsu Caribbean seeks an entrepreneurial executive to evolve its Data and AI practice, integrating regional strengths with Fujitsu’s global innovation engine to create a market‑leading growth pillar across the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and advance current regional Data and AI capabilities, layering Fujitsu’s global assets to build a scalable service portfolio.
• Define and execute a regional Go‑to‑Market strategy that translates complex technology into clear commercial value propositions.
• Own P&L, driving bookings, revenue, recurring revenue, gross margin and pipeline development.
• Lead high‑value customer engagements, acting as trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bridge Fujitsu’s global Data and AI innovation engine with local market demands.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring security, privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop regional talent, fostering data literacy and aligning delivery capacity with growth objectives.
