Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and reporting solutions to address business needs. This role involves working closely with both IT and business stakeholders to develop systems that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with AffinityPlus’ strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support internal computer systems, including LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, intranet, and telephony.
• Administer servers, routers, switches, software deployment, security updates, patches, and other devices.
• Maintain data files, monitor system configuration, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Generate and analyze system reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Provide technical support for the AffinityPlus core banking platform and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance of servers and network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability, stability, and reliability.
• Lead the Help Desk function as the primary point of contact for technical and service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with at least three years of relevant experience, OR an Associate degree with at least five years of experience.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of enterprise computer systems, LAN/WAN networks, and system security techniques.
• Experience with financial technology for banking or credit‑union operations is preferred.
