Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant welcomes guests to the spa, provides orientation to facilities, and ensures a clean, well‑stocked environment. This position supports the overall guest experience by delivering courteous service and maintaining spa standards.

Key responsibilities

• Issue lockers, robes and slippers, escort guests to their lockers and provide orientation tours.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized spa environment, monitoring locker and facility areas.
• Stock locker room supplies, keep accurate inventory lists and notify management of low stock.
• Promote spa treatments, services, retail items and any current promotions.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally, maintaining confidentiality.
• Attend training sessions, staff meetings and support other spa operations as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision and remain at the post for extended periods.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Effective communication and listening skills, able to develop professional relationships with regular guests.

Required skills

• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 10 lb and perform tasks requiring distance, color and peripheral vision.
