Travel Experience Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Experience Coordinators. You will help clients research, plan, and coordinate memorable vacation experiences, receiving full training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and vacation goals.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with planning and coordinating customized vacation experiences.
• Learn and use travel supplier and booking platforms.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information and keep clients informed throughout the planning process.
• Complete travel industry and supplier training and assist clients with related questions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to research and compare multiple travel options and manage time effectively.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable using computers and learning online systems.
• Genuine interest in travel, destinations, and creating memorable experiences for others.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, planning, or client‑facing roles is helpful but not required.
