Jr. Product Success Manager

About the role

Viral Nation is seeking a motivated Junior Product Success Manager to support client accounts and ensure a smooth product experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Success, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day relationship management and operational success of assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding and training of client stakeholders on product features and updates.
• Monitor product adoption, identify engagement opportunities, and surface insights.
• Collect and organize user feedback, product issues, and enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations for client initiatives.
• Track success metrics and KPIs related to product usage and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in product or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, and detail‑orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes setting with high‑profile clients.
• Collaborative attitude and solid organizational skills.
