Solutions Architect – Solar

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Solar Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimise digital power solutions for clients. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong client‑facing skills to deliver end‑to‑end energy management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyse energy management needs and translate them into detailed solution designs.
• Select, integrate and deploy AI algorithms and big‑data platforms to create analytical models that optimise energy consumption.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor solution performance, provide technical support, and drive continuous improvement through system updates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, propose innovative digital approaches, and contribute to Huawei’s innovation initiatives.
• Deliver training to end‑users, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing digital solutions within the energy sector.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

Required skills

• Experience with AI algorithms.
• Experience with big data platforms.
