Service Advisor / Estimator

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven team where passion and customer focus shape every interaction. As a Service Advisor / Estimator you will be the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, insurers and the body shop, ensuring accurate estimates and smooth repair processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates within 24 hours of vehicle inspection and pre‑accident values within 48 hours where required.
• Provide clear, consistent information to customers about repair timelines, costs and parts availability.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, submit reviewed estimates, and manage supplements or re‑inspections efficiently.
• Create and maintain accurate job cards, verify parts availability, and communicate any delays to the Body Shop Manager.
• Monitor repair progress daily, coordinate with quality controllers, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

• Ability to deliver timely and accurate repair estimates.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and parts verification.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with customers, insurers and internal teams.
• Capability to manage multiple job cards and track repair status.
