Rental Agent – Automotive Rental Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Rental Agent to join our Rentals Team at Courtesy Garage Limited, one of Barbados' leading automotive companies. You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle rental journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from reservation to return.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and bookings.
• Explain rental policies, rates, insurance coverage, and terms.
• Process rental agreements accurately and conduct vehicle inspections at pickup and return.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and readiness for use.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and promote additional products and services.
• Coordinate vehicle availability to maximize fleet utilization and keep accurate rental records.
• Report damages, maintenance needs, and liaise with service teams.
• Identify upselling opportunities and build relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Process payments, prepare daily cash reports, and support marketing initiatives.
