Sales Supervisor, Off-Premise

About the role

Stansfeld Scott (Barbados) Ltd is looking for a Sales Supervisor, Off-Premise to lead sales performance across supermarkets, wine and spirits retailers, liquor stores and other retail outlets. The position is based in Barbados and is open to candidates legally authorised to work there.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, volume, distribution and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans, monitor KPIs and identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and management presentations.
• Strengthen customer relationships and drive retail execution, merchandising and promotional activities.
• Work with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on inventory planning and product availability.
• Monitor customer accounts, support credit and collections follow-up and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
• Carry out regular market visits and coach the team in the field.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in wines, spirits, beverage distribution or off-premise retail is an advantage.
• Valid Barbados driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong Excel, sales reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Sales forecasting, profitability, customer credit management and promotional effectiveness.
