Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales department, develop strategic plans and drive profitable growth. You will work in a purpose‑driven environment where every action is aligned with our mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic and operating plans for the department and set annual budgets for the vehicle brand.
• Analyze sales data, financial reports and performance metrics to inform business decisions and implement improvements.
• Coordinate public relations, advertising and sales promotion activities for new and existing products.
• Purchase vehicles for resale in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve agreed profit levels and sales targets.
• Participate in performance appraisals and company training initiatives.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the General Manager.
