Sales Executive

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven team that sells vehicles, automotive materials and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets set by the Sales Manager, aiming for a 10% annual sales growth.
• Sell vehicles, automotive materials, accessories and related products to customers.
• Source correct vehicles from the warehouse and ensure delivery within 48 hours of order receipt.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, generate accurate invoices and collect total value of vehicle and accessories.
• Maintain adequate staffing in the Sales Department and provide quality customer care, keeping wait times under five minutes.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within defined timeframes (10 minutes for inquiries, three rings for calls).
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations within 30–60 minutes of request.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to timely service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.
