Sales Development Representative – Inbound Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our healthcare‑focused sales team. This remote position is ideal for early‑career professionals who enjoy handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for senior sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and route opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives.
• Schedule product demos and appointments, ensuring a smooth hand‑off to senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with inbound prospects to guarantee timely engagement.
• Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer support, or appointment‑setting roles.
• Proven remote‑work experience with fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).
• Experience working with US or UK‑based customers or companies.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone.
• Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
