Regional Manager – LPG

About the role

The Regional Manager, LPG will lead all aspects of LPG supply, shipping, distribution and safety across the assigned region. Reporting to the Director – Head of M&A Commercial, LATAM and Caribbean, the role combines commercial growth, operational oversight and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee LPG sales, operations and safety, collaborating with market GMs to support safe and profitable performance.
• Develop and expand the wholesale LPG sales segment.
• Manage supply agreements and vessel‑based deliveries to Sol and third‑party customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Coach, motivate and develop a team of approximately five members, including two direct reports.
• Design and execute business strategies to drive regional growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular performance, financial and KPI reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and relevant industry standards.
• Develop operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of LPG experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to develop and execute growth‑oriented business strategies.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and travel frequently within the region.
