Head of Sales – Automotive Division

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the Automotive Division of Goddard Enterprises Ltd. Reporting to the General Manager of Courtesy Garage Ltd, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our dealership network in Barbados and the wider Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set targets and performance metrics.
• Manage the sales department budget and align spending with financial objectives.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and vehicle/component ordering processes.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team through regular meetings, performance reviews and training programs.
• Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, build and maintain key customer relationships, and negotiate major deals.
• Work closely with marketing, product development and operations to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer feedback to produce detailed performance reports.

• Proven track record in senior sales leadership within the automotive sector.
