Full Stack Developer – FinTech Web Applications

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our technology team building high‑load web applications for the FinTech sector. You will work across the entire stack, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end services and databases, delivering clean, performant code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack web applications using PHP, JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct peer testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives using Jira or similar tools.
• Document implementations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Adapt architecture and logic to meet project‑specific needs, including high‑load scenarios.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in PHP with experience in CodeIgniter or Laravel.
• Solid understanding of MySQL/SQL and query optimization.
• Experience with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to take a technical skills test as part of hiring.
