Divisional Sales Administrator

About the role

Join the Automotive Division of Goddard Enterprises Ltd as a Divisional Sales Administrator. You will support the efficient operation of the automotive distribution business across multiple brands, ensuring accurate sales administration, reporting and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, validate and submit sales, shipping and performance reports to management and OEMs on schedule.
• Collect, organize and prepare sales and competitor data to assist with market reviews, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Enter and update data in OEM systems, maintaining compliance with OEM reporting standards.
• Monitor and update shipping information for all brands, tracking vehicle orders and communicating status to internal teams.
• Provide administrative support to the regional team to ensure seamless coordination across markets.
• Compile and maintain customer experience (CX) data for analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for accurate data handling.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple reports and logistics tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and communicate effectively.
