Cargo Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cargo Officer to join our team in Christ Church, Barbados. The role supports our strategic partner operations across airlines, airports and enterprises throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, ensuring cargo processes are handled efficiently and in line with our high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo handling activities, including loading, unloading and documentation.
• Assist with export‑related duties and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Collaborate with airport and airline partners to optimise cargo flow.
• Support the implementation of Sky Dining, Airport Dining and Aviation Support services.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in logistics and transport within a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to undergo training in export procedures.
