Group Procurement Manager (Distribution Sector)

About the role

Our client, a leading regional distribution company based in Barbados, is expanding and seeks a Group Procurement Manager to lead forecasting, supplier management and inventory control across the OECS region.

Key responsibilities

• Design forecasting models, supplier scorecards and buying processes, and manage them on an ongoing basis.
• Provide concise information to directors, ensure financial ROI on procurement, centralize procurement decisions and monitor inventory control.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Background in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare distribution and a proven track record of cross‑border, multi‑entity procurement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and strong analytical thinking.
• ERP fluency (Acumatica preferred; SAP, Oracle or NetSuite acceptable) and competence with Power BI or Tableau.
