IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, security‑focused IT Support Engineer who can bridge traditional IT administration with software development and automation. The role involves maintaining reliable infrastructure, providing end‑user support, and contributing to internal tooling and cloud‑first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, cloud environments and business applications.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions and security policies, and conduct regular system audits.
• Monitor system performance, backups, disaster‑recovery processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshoot connectivity, application and access issues, and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver training on V2 Cloud, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other corporate tools.
• Design, develop, test and maintain internal software tools and automation scripts.
• Maintain version control, release management and support production deployments.
• Coordinate IT and software projects, track progress and work with external vendors.
