IT & ERP Manager – Leadership across Operations & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT & ERP Manager to lead our IT operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity while driving the evolution of a Group‑wide ERP environment. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with business‑process improvement across finance, production, procurement and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑implementation ERP environment, stabilise the system, resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Lead ERP adoption across functions through user training, super‑user development, SOP documentation and process standardisation.
• Strengthen data integrity, master‑data governance and system controls to meet reporting and audit requirements.
• Digitise manual, paper‑based processes into auditable workflows for finance, production, procurement and inventory.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, networks, servers, endpoints, help‑desk support and infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Establish and maintain IT policies for cybersecurity, access controls, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Identify and manage cybersecurity and system risks, including incident‑response protocols and periodic risk assessments.
• Oversee ERP implementation partners, technology vendors, telecom providers, software licences and support contracts.
• Control IT and ERP CAPEX/OPEX budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure value‑driven technology investments.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and build internal capability through training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, including managing IT operations across multiple sites.
• Proven experience leading at least one full‑cycle ERP implementation, preferably in manufacturing, agribusiness or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity, data governance, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external technology vendors and implementation partners.
