Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team on a part‑time basis. The primary focus of the role is to ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied, while representing the brand with pride and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering queries and providing product knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation standards by merchandising shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy.
• Handle customer enquiries and issues efficiently, following store policies.
• Support new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
• Uphold Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, organized and capable of using initiative.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
