Room Attendant – Housekeeping

About the role

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and resetting of guest rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
• Provide courteous service to guests, report requests or preferences, and respond to specific guest needs.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly as directed by housekeeping leadership.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar cleaning position.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lb, and clean multiple rooms per shift.
