Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury Caribbean resort to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of its fine‑dining concepts. This role is ideal for a hands‑on hospitality leader who thrives on the restaurant floor, creates memorable guest experiences, and builds high‑performing teams in a five‑star resort environment.

What we offer

Salary: $36,000 - $40,000 USD (pre‑tax)
Accommodation allowance: $15,000 USD (pre‑tax)
Relocation support: work permit and flights covered
