Pool & Beach Attendant

About the role

The Pool & Beach Attendant ensures guests enjoy a positive experience at the resort’s pool and beach areas while upholding the highest quality and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Seat guests in station rotation, manage guest lists, and enforce restaurant standards.
• Greet guests professionally, inform them of daily activities, and promote resort amenities.
• Assist guests with setting up chairs, deliver menus and beverages, and maintain cleanliness of pool and restaurant areas throughout the day.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and provide information about resort offerings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a public contact or customer service role; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying schedules, attend training sessions, and meet attendance requirements.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lb occasionally, and handle outdoor weather conditions.

• Serve Safe/Food Handlers Card.
