Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Dentons is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in its Bridgetown office. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal assistance to attorneys handling cases across the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings, hearings and deadlines.
• Draft, format, proofread and finalize correspondence and legal documents.
• Prepare bundles, briefs and case files for court, regulatory filings or client matters.
• Liaise with clients, courts, registries, regulators and external parties professionally.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems in compliance with firm policies.
• Conduct legal research and assist with due diligence exercises.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails and telephone calls.
• Assist with billing reports and matter management systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a law office or legal administrative role.
• Strong communication skills with clients, stakeholders, court personnel and opposing counsel.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
