Bartender – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the vibrant bar team at Pendry Barbados, a luxury hotel where hospitality meets creativity. As a Bartender you will craft memorable drink experiences, interact directly with guests, and contribute to a lively, service‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact one‑on‑one with guests, take orders, and prepare cocktails and other beverages.
• Upsell menu items, ensure guest satisfaction, and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and keep the bar area well‑presented.
• Collaborate with management, fellow bartenders, and service staff to deliver seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Passion for spirits, wine, and food.
• Basic communication skills and a trustworthy, integrity‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to learn, develop personally, and help others grow.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Bartending experience.
• Familiarity with Micros or similar point‑of‑sale systems.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, and food pairings.
