About the role
The Aviation Stock & Operations Analyst will ensure the integrity and reliability of the inventory module across all SOL Aviation locations, including airports and marine terminals. The role focuses on accurate stock movement reporting, cost monitoring, and supporting operational performance for fuel sales.
Key responsibilities
- Authorize and record all inventory movements, ensuring timely input of physical dips into data management systems.
- Review daily stock discrepancies, follow up with markets, and resolve extraordinary variances.
- Input movements, purchase orders, receipts and adjustments into the GP system, including data from joint‑operations sites.
- Maintain monthly fuel request schedules, third‑party lifting records, and reconcile inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs.
- Coordinate with the Supply Department on jet fuel cargo schedules and BL documentation.
- Manage ISO‑tank scheduling, ordering, receipt and related payments.
- Develop tools to track stock costs and support BL pricing methodology.
- Oversee year‑end auditing for all aviation locations.
- Confirm accuracy and timely payment of supplier invoices for non‑operated joint operations.
- Provide trend analysis on fuel acquisition cost and support budgeting and business case preparation.
Required profile
- Reports to the Aviation Regional Manager.
- No direct subordinates.
Required skills
- GP (inventory management system).
