Seasonal Guest Service Agent – Luxury Resort Front Desk

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' experience, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and warmth. You will manage front‑desk operations, handle financial transactions, and ensure seamless communication across all hotel departments while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, deliver high‑quality service, and respond to requests within 15 minutes.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out, maintain accurate guest records, and conduct night‑audit procedures.
• Process financial transactions, foreign‑currency exchange, settle accounts, and reconcile cash and credit‑card balances.
• Produce daily operational reports, complete checklists, and report incidents to management.
• Communicate guest preferences to all departments and promote Fairmont loyalty programmes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to hotel emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Accor, RPV, and Fairmont policies and service standards.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Team‑oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible seasonal hours.
