Seasonal Barista

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments.
• Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests.
• Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs.
• Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented.
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies.
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods.
• Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages.
• The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• A team‑focused attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
