Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Bridgetown on a part‑time basis. The primary focus of the role is to ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied, feeling valued and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with pride, passion and care, providing product knowledge and expertise.
• Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
• Maintain store presentation by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas tidy.
• Embody Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Support new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Customer‑driven attitude with a willingness to prioritize shopper needs.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
