Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Bridgetown on a part‑time basis. The primary focus of the role is to ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied, feeling valued and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent shopping experience by greeting customers with pride, passion and care.
• Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
• Maintain store presentation standards by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas tidy.
• Embody the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Participate in new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and prioritize customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Customer‑driven attitude; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
