Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused)

About the role

Join Elite Escapes as a Remote Travel Planner focused on sales. You will turn clients' travel dreams into booked itineraries, guiding them from the first inquiry to a confirmed reservation, whether it’s a solo adventure, group getaway, destination wedding, or family trip.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalized travel plans including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises and packages tailored to each client’s budget, style and preferences.
• Engage with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present customized options and confidently close the sale.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly, handling payments, date changes, upgrades and add‑ons.
• Provide insider knowledge such as hidden gems, photo spots, local experiences and timely deals.
• Support clients throughout the journey – from pre‑trip planning and payment coordination to on‑trip assistance and post‑trip follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and people skills, comfortable leading conversations and handling objections.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, itineraries and bookings without losing details.
• Quick learner with new tools such as CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or travel is a plus, but not required.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping others explore confidently.
