Remote Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated, organized, and customer‑focused individuals to join our travel team as Remote Travel Consultants. In this independent contractor position you will help clients research, plan, and book vacation experiences while delivering excellent service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations that match their preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Gather information on destinations, resorts, cruises, packages, transportation and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after booking to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records and monitor payments.
• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.
• Participate in training, mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable using computers, email and online platforms.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to complete training and continuously learn about the travel industry.
