Insurance Agent – Full‑time On‑site Position

About the role

The Insurance Agent role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bridgetown. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain product options, and recommend appropriate coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct client consultations, and prepare policy applications.
• Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and support the claims process.
• Contribute to sales targets through ethical, needs‑based selling and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong insurance sales experience with a working knowledge of insurance products.
• Background in insurance brokerage and basic understanding of finance for client advisory discussions.
• Proven customer‑service abilities, active listening, clear communication, and timely follow‑up.
• Ability to build trust, explain complex information simply, and maintain confidentiality.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
