Multiple HR Roles – Generalist, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Montrose Holdings Ltd. is seeking HR professionals to join its diverse group operating in hospitality, chicken production, farming, hatchery and feed manufacturing in Barbados. The company offers several full‑time positions across its Human Resources function, including HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Administration roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to assigned business units, including performance management, probation monitoring and contract administration.
• Identify and resolve HR discrepancies, support managers with HR processes and handle employee queries.
• Manage employee relations cases, conduct disciplinary hearings, address grievances and monitor attendance trends.
• Drive high‑volume recruitment: advertise vacancies, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Prepare offers, manage recruitment pipelines and produce HR reporting.
• Oversee onboarding from offer acceptance to day‑1, maintain HRIS data, complete pre‑employment documentation and ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support general HR administration and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Highly organized, solutions‑focused and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑industry environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with managers and staff.
• Experience in at least one of the listed HR areas is preferred.
