Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support the Sales Team within the Automotive Division of Goddard Enterprises Ltd. This role focuses on accurate vehicle sales processing, data management, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales accurately in the Sales Department.
• Enter vehicle data and maintain up‑to‑date stock records.
• Update daily sales records for new vehicle brands.
• Prepare all required documentation for vehicle sales.
• Organise delivery packages for all vehicles.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate brand activities in line with OEM standards.

Required profile

• Five CXC certificates, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
