Logistics Coordinator – Automotive Division

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the Automotive Division’s sales team. The role focuses on accurate vehicle sales processing, data management and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales accurately within the Sales Department.
• Enter vehicle data and maintain stock count records.
• Update daily sales records for new vehicle brands.
• Prepare all required documentation and delivery packages for vehicle sales.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate brand activities in line with OEM standards.

Required profile

• Five CXC certificates, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
