About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across all food and beverage outlets, driving profitability, guest satisfaction and associate engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for food and beverage concepts.
• Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and associate engagement.
• Interact positively with guests and promote hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met.
• Monitor food quality and service standards across all outlets.
• Select, train and develop key leadership personnel.
• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and ensure workplace standards.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws.
• Control payroll and equipment costs while ensuring safety and sanitation policies are followed.
• Create staffing schedules and implement cost‑control and revenue‑enhancement strategies.

Required skills
