Aftersales Support Coordinator

About the role

Join Inchcape Barbados as an Aftersales Support Coordinator and play a key part in delivering excellent after‑sales service for leading automotive brands. You will oversee workshop processes, drive performance improvements, ensure HSE compliance and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily technician bonus reports and provide accurate performance data to workshop technicians and management.
• Ensure all active service documents in the DMS have accurate labour pricing, document status, and appointment dates, while archiving inactive documents.
• Monitor and analyse workshop KPIs and production hours, including repair times, productivity, first‑time‑fix rates and customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends, implement action plans to improve workshop performance and support the Aftersales Support Manager with labour rate and maintenance plan management.
• Review workshop processes, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with the service team to increase throughput and reduce repair cycle times.
• Conduct random HSE audits, safety inspections and risk assessments, and lead regular audits with detailed reporting and corrective actions.
• Track implementation of audit recommendations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on after‑sales performance, HSE compliance and audit findings.
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians and other departments to ensure smooth after‑sales operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of five CXCs including Mathematics and English.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to create and maintain structure.
• Collaborative team player able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to drive projects with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
