Seasonal Barista – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Fairmont Royal Pavilion as a Seasonal Barista. You will craft high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering friendly, personalized service to guests across the resort’s restaurants and beach club.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks and refreshments to guests.
• Maintain clean, organized coffee stations and equipment.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team during peak periods and special events.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar setting.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
